Alex,

Hope this finds you well!

We are officially hiring for a new Housing Lab Director. This person will take over the day-to-day leadership of the program while my role shifts to focus more on Terner Labs' growth. (Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere, this new person will report to me.)

Would you please take 2 minutes to pass along this job to 1-2 people you think will be interested?

It's important to us to find a strong leader who will become the new standard bearer for the Housing Lab.  Ideally, this person will:

• Have a passion for finding solutions to the housing crisis.
  
• Understand / have interest in various types of start-up organizations (VC-backed, nonprofits, funds).
  
• Have an ability to navigate complex topics around racial equity.
  
• Have a knack for project management and ideas for how we can expand the program to increase its impact. 
  

We are open to many forms of past work experience and are willing to bring someone in who can grow into the role.
