Double Dutch at Athletic Playground!

Hello!

I just want to let you all know that I'm going to start teaching a weekly double dutch class at Athletic Playground on Sundays from 3-4pm starting August 7. I am also doing a "Jump Jam" session from 10-11am on Fridays, which is not a class but it's for anyone who wants to get together and jump.

When/ where to pay you for the Sunday lessons?

Also, what date will the Friday jumping begin? The 15th of July? Later?

Ah yes, details!

You can pay a drop-in fee of $18 for each class, or Athletic Playground has monthly membership plans and punch cards.

As far as the open ropes session on Fridays, you might still need to pay the $18 drop-in fee or be an Athletic Playground member. I'll have to get back to you on that one. I'm out of town for the rest of July so this will start in August.

I intend to do another open ropes session at Lake Merritt, which will be free, in August. I'll post the date here when I figure out when I can do it, or you can check out http://www.meetup.com/FringeFitness/.

so i am soo interested in your classes i am in the sanjose area and will be travaling so if you can let me know when you will hold your class at lake merrit that would be so great and i have others that are interested to. Im glad you are so dedicated i will comit to comeing if the time works with my scheduale . thanx again for you creativity

I took the sfcdoubledutch class last summer and would love to jump again. When do you start the 10-11 Friday "Jump Jam"? Also, is the 3-4 class that starts this week a drop in?

Hi Helene!

I think I'm going to start up the Friday morning jump jam again next Friday, August 12. I'll post here when I know for sure. The Sunday class is always drop-in.
