As a reminder, if you presented a club report at this past meeting, Secretary Clinton requests a written version be forwarded to him for inclusion in the meeting's minutes. Thank you to all those who have already done so, either via email or in person during the meeting.
Since they were not available physically at the meeting, the previous meetings' minutes that were read and approved at this March meeting (for November, January and February) will be distributed via email in the near future.
