Operation RADAR II - Florida's Statewide Interoperable Communications Exercise

Florida’s Division of Emergency Management has just concluded one of the largest statewide interoperable communications exercises in the country. Entitled “Operation RADAR II” the two day exercise had 109 communications teams participating from 52 locations scattered across Florida.
