Big Wave Photography with Mavericks Photographer Seth Migdail

Location Sports Basement

1590 Bryant St
San Francisco, CA 94103
415-575-3000

Come join Seth Migdail as he takes you on a journey into a world few
photographers get to experience; the big wave break known as
Mavericks, considered by most to be the most dangerous wave on the
planet. He'll discuss how he prepares and how he deals with the harsh
environment to capture images of men riding mountains. Find out what
he's learned on the water and brought back to land and incorporated
into his everyday photography.

Seth is the new kid on the block among a group of elite big wave surf
photographers. His work has been published both domestically and
international, and widely visible on the internet. This past winter
season, Seth challenged his skills by venturing out to Mavericks on a
wave runner, driving himself and shooting at the same time; something
few photographer have accomplished.

Hey dude. Much thanks for the invite. No way I can make it. Between
work and family, just not much time these days. Seems in this crap
economy I have to work twice as hard for half the money !!!!
