Hoodline reported recently that a new building is being proposed for the space on Oak and Divisadero where there currently is a car wash and gas station. It's a pretty big plot. The proposal is a 4-6 story building with ground floor retail, bike
parking, and car parking for 1/2 the units. Sounds pretty good, though a
taller building would mean more units. It's close to transit (a few god bus lines are nearby, it's less than a 10-min walk to the N, and it's on the Wiggle), so that would support more height too.

I live in one of the target zip codes, and so I filled it out. It seems like a good way to ensure some YIMBY voices get in early.
