Is it just pointless grandstanding to establish anti-developer credentials? What does the heigh have to do with affordable units?

Proposal for 33 "affordable". Kim wants 50?

(50 / 33) - (120 / 240) = 1.5% more "affordable" units

So, I mean, I guess there's that? <sigh>
