1) Core: Fixing issue with re-sizing the board does not showing for the other players and the observers.
2) SFB: Fixed issue with Damage Allocation of 3rd Gen Ships.
3) SFB: Fixed issue with PA Panel Damage Allocation of 3rd Gen Ships.
4) SFB: Change the drawing of the PA Degradation Boxes to show energy.
5) SFB Tournament: Change the Andromedan Krait to be the latest sanctioned.
6) Core: Change the Windows and Mac Icons.

2) Core: Change the load game prompt to clarify the question.
3) SFB: Fixed issue with Damage Allocation reporting same weapon as being hit when different one is selected.
4) SFB: Fixed issue with importing 2G ship into the 3G Definition tool that has a refit with no boxes. (e.g. an Aegis refit)
