Changes:
1) SFB: Fix issue with setting the Plasma torpedo load on the Expendables tab.
2) FC: Removed the Action tabs and trimmed it down to just Movement and Energy Allocation. Made them buttons on the Unit window at the top of the window.
3) FC: Fixed issue with duplicate Weapons Status tabs.
