Changes:

1) SFB: Fix issue with Damage Summary not being assigned a Turn/Impulse
2) SFB: Fix issue with Drone/Plasma Rack/Plasma Launcher status not being updated on the server.
3) Core: Add additional dialog explaining the consequences of loading all of pieces from game files.
4) Core: A Windows 10 Installer to resolve issues with installing under the latest Windows 10 update
5) Core: Updated Mac OS X pkg file with the proper signed certificate.
6) SFB: Fix issue with loading older games.
7) FC: Fix issue with duplicate messages when clicking “Next Phase”
8) Core: Change the default directory for Loading/Saving files to be the home directory.

There is a new installer that I am using for the 64-bit Windows installation, if you run into issues please report, ASAP.
