New SFU Online Client is now available (4.4.2)

Changes are:

• Fed Com: Add Speed Change option for Seeking Weapons
• Fed Com: Add Impulse Alarm
• Fed Com: Have double-click on ship bring up the SSD.
• Fed Com: Add "Change Speed" for the shuttles
• Fed Com: Remove ADD rack from "Launch" list
• Fed Com: Fix issue with energy not being removed when using transporters or tractors. 
• SFB: Add Module C6 Weapons Chart
• SFB: Add Hellgun to Module Y Weapons Chart.
• SFB: Update the "Change Speed..." window
• SFB Cadet: Remove the Change Speed Plot
• SFB Cadet: Remove the EA for Scenarios #1-3
• SFB Cadet: Change EA to use "Set Speed(s)" window. (Sets the speed and whether impulse is used)
