SFB Online Client 4.0.56 Update Released

Changes:

1) FC: Change "Admin Shuttle" to Shuttle.
2) FC: Added a "HET" checkbox on the Movement panel.
3) FC: Fixed problem with 5/8 movement cost ships.
4) FC: Added a "Speed Change" Phase.
5) FC: Fix the Die Roll 4, Column 5 on the DAC rolls to be Rear Hull
instead of Tractor.

Note #1: Due to change #4. All players in the same will need to update
to this version of the client for it to work properly.
Note #2: A new installer that should eleviate the problems with
OutOfMemory exception for machines with lots of memory under Windows.
