New SFU Online Client is now avaiable (v4.2.19)

to SFB Online Client

Version 4.2.19 is now available.

Changes:

1) Fix issue with the tractoring changing the ship speed to 0.

2) Change the Federation Commander Room to be more like SFB. (Energy Allocation is a tab by itself, remove the Movement tab and made the Game Control Window available)
