SFU Online Client Update 4.1.04

Changes:

1. SFB: Change the “Launch Drone”, “Launch Mass Driver” and “Launch Plasma” action to have “Last Used” column
2. SFB: Change the “Launch Drone”, “Launch Mass Driver” and “Launch Plasma” action to show the text in red for destroyed boxes.
3. SFB Tournament: Fixed issue with the “include Launcher” not automatically being unchecked when selecting a Klingon Tournament ship.
4. SFB: Fixed issue with loading plasma into fighters.
5. SFB: Fix the Death Bolt racks to allow 4 Death Bolts to be loaded.
6. SFB: Add support for selecting multiple rows for the “Fill Rack” button.
7. SFB: Fix issue with no shuttle types being listed even when there is a shuttle in the library for the race
8. FC: Fix issue with no shuttle types being listed even when there is a shuttle in the library for the race
9. SFB: Change the 3rd Gen Ship Definitions to show damage as a progress bar.
10. SFB: Fix issue with 3rd Gen Ships and damage allocation not getting past the armor.
