I don't know of anyone locally. I think your best bet would be to post something in the vinyl section of Audio Asylum (aka Vinyl Asylum). There are people there who have posted about working on the PX-3. They may have advice about servicing it yourself, or they may know of someone who can do it. Apparently Constellation has someone who does turntable repairs. I don't know what they would charge, but it wouldn't hurt to call them.
