.swf file compiled with API library AND Selenium IDE has the user-extensions.js but still no work!

Hi All,

I'm looking into using Selenium-Flex-API as an alternative to FlexMonkium.

I have compiled an example file with the library included in the downloads folder and added the user-extension.js file to Selenium's Core Extensions, but everytime I open the flex application Selenium does not respond to any recording, let alone playback.

Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong here?

Also, it's possible that there is an issue with the flex app - could anyone provide me with an example flex app that they know works just so that I can test this?

you need to start selenium server with userextesion file.

So just to clarify, sfAPI does not work with Selenium IDE but only with Selenium Server?

You can try with  declaring  Sfapi's  function in user extension file and  extend user extension from Selenium IDE.
