I want automate flex application with selenium please help me

Hi All,

           I want automate flex application with selenium.

           i want to automate flex application with recording flex ui components and run script using seleniumRC.

           please give me required library files list.

             

              what is the use of -include-libraries "../../SeleniumFlexAPI.swc"

              here i have small doubt this swc file is added into flex-config.xml file or not.

              after compilation how to justify this file is included or not into out swf files.

              i am waiting for your quick response,

              this resonse is very very neccessary for me.

Hi Malappa,

You can use both sfapi and flexmonkey api with selenium. You will need to compile your Flex application with sfapi.swc file, automation_monkey2.x.swc and all the adobe automation libraires to enable it for automation with Selenium. After you build your application with these libraries, To check if automation is enabled you can record using Flexmonkey IDE and check if it is able to record.

                      i have installed flexmonkium plugin for selenium IDE on firefox browser but i didnot get monkey icon beside selenium IDE record button.What is the mistake and what can i do for getting flexmonkium console on selenium IDE.

please give me flexmonkium installation documentation URL's.

Try with Flexmonkey not Flexmonkium. It is a stand alone console and will not be embedded as plugin with browser.
