I have worked there on a part-time basis for almost 3 years, and in
spite of my misgivings about the ethics of a for-profit school, have
found it to be most enjoyable and rewarding. The dean and department
head in particular are wonderful people, and I have enjoyed both working
through technical issues with them as well as deep philosophical
conversations about for-profit education.

As the only electronics teacher, I always had either 1 or 2 classes a
quarter. The 3-part electronics series is a required course for all
Audio Production students. In addition, if you know or are willing to
learn about other areas (digital media, audio and video editing, etc.)
you can often pick up substitute work here and there, eventually
preparing you for teaching more classes.

If you're interested, please contact the department head Daven Gee,
dg...@aii.edu. He knows I'm reaching out to my friends so please mention
how you heard about this position.

I'd be happy to share with you all of my materials, and assist in any
way I can, within my time constraints. I'll also be happy to answer any
questions you might have about this job.
