We have a one bedroom available in our 2 bedroom apartment at 1450 Guerrero st. from around August 15th to November 6th. The rent is 1,750 a month, but will be pro-rated for exactly the days you are there.
Your room has one closet and is unfurnished. Apartment has an updated kitchen with new appliances, 1 bathroom, free washer and dryer shared with other buildings in the unit, and a shared rooftop deck with views of the Mission, Noe Valley and Bernal Heights.
There is a one car garage, which we can share, with plenty of storage.
A dog may be ok, with landlord approval and as long as it can get along with our cat.
This could be the perfect solution if you are looking for the perfect place in SF but haven't found it yet!
We are a couple moving to SF from Boulder with one cat. I will be starting my MA in Exhibition and Museum Studies at SFAI, my boyfriend is an artist and pays the bills with jobs in the music industry. We are moving to SF with some friends who can't move out until November, so we found this place together now, and they will move in when their lease is up in November. We like to have people over from time to time, we like to have fun. We are pretty to open to anyone, other couples are fine.
