From the post:
Nice house in a great neighborhood in Concord. Available now if you want to move in. Ultimately we need someone by nov 1st!
A little about ourselves: My name is Chris (23), I'm a Junior BFA
transfer to SFAI in the fall majoring in photography. My girlfriend
Katie is 22 and is a sports psych major going for her masters at JFK
University. We are both active people (not couch potatoes) who like to
snowboard, go out every once in a while and have fun...pretty sociable.
Our other roommate Justin goes to SFAI as well.
A little about the house: 3BR 2BA in it's own little corner of the
neighborhood, less than a mile away from BART (that I will be using to
get to school, takes about 30 mins and a couple dollars). Neighbors on
both sides seem pretty cool. The house is a 1 story with a big living
room, big kitchen, and huge backyard. The front yard is decently sized
as well and the front driveway is pretty long since the house is a
corner lot which leaves all the space around the house. There are no
neighbors to the back or barely on each side. There is a lemon/apricot
tree in the backyard. The house has central AC and heat and a
dishwasher, stove, microwave, indoor washer and dryer, as well as a
security system. The house is a bit older, probably built in the 60's,
not that old. As a tenant of this house, you will have use of the
hallway bathroom, use of the entire house/backyard/whatever. We will
have a wireless network (broadband), and basic cable TV/phone. The
owners of the house are really cool and we will be working directly
with them so there is no reality agent/business involved. We signed the
lease for a year, but if things work out, we plan on staying there for
2.

We are asking 550 for the larger room + community bills
(Internet/TV/utilities) - We had a roommate once who claimed to never
use the Internet or watch TV, so she refused to pay the bill...she
didn't last long. Shoot me an email if you are interested!
