Responsible (over 40) transfer student seeks housing near SFAI, Fall 2012

I am responsible with great credit; looking for a studio or one
bedroom apartment or shared housing with a private room/bath,
preferably within walking distance of San Francisco Art Institute,
Chestnut Street. August 15th ideal start, but with some flexibility.

My name is Julia. I am a committed artist continuing my education, a
BFA Junior (major sculpture/minor painting). I am relocating from San
Diego. My supportive husband will continue to live/work in San Diego,
short visits a few times during semesters.

I have an open, positive attitude. Enjoy meeting new people, balanced
with quiet time alone. I meditate regularly, enjoy cooking healthy
food, am an omnivore. Drink wine occasionally; I do not smoke. I enjoy
gardening, love animals, but only houseplants will be coming with me.
I like a clean house, but not obsessive. I'm a morning person. Most of
all, my life will be centered on studying and creating artwork.
