I have a room for rent in a two bedroom apartment in an extremely convenient location- walking distance Downtown, Fishermans Wharf, Chinatown, and right down the street from buses 12, 10, 30, 45, 8x, 1 and cable cars. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a huge common living room with large sunny windows with plants, artwork, and furniture-- connected to a good sized kitchen. Shared Bathroom. Move in time flexible, but rent needs to be covered by MAY 1.

 

Rent is $829 plus $50 for both utilities and internet.

Security deposit is $1438.00

The room has a big closet, storage drawers to fit a lot of stuff easily, and comes with a bed.

 

I am a 22 year old female artist, just graduated from San Francisco Arts Institute with my BFA in Painting, and I am currently working a lot of different jobs including teaching, babysitting, and various designing jobs. I work a lot so I don't consider the apartment a place to have parties and late nights but rather a place to go home and relax, but I do enjoy having friends over for dinners and going out a lot. I am looking for someone who is respectful of personal space, clean, and considerate.

I'll be starting MFA in photography from SFAI this August and I'm looking to rent a place. 

From what you have shared, our personalities are pretty similar. I'm a 25 year old female photographer. For me, home is a place to relax and unwind, everything else happens outside. I'm an introvert who is not shy. I like my space and respect others as well. The only problem with me right now is that I will not be in San Francisco till August. I understand you might get a roommate before that but, if you don't please keep me in loop.

My major is new genres (Bfa) , I do installations mostly.
