This peaceful Presidio townhouse has an available room for rent, being offered by a professional, work-at-home single-parent of a responsible 13 year old boy. The location is quiet and idyllic: facing the Bay, the home has lots of walking trails and a picnic table nearby, and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Inside, the home is beautifully decorated and kept very clean (no shoes policy), using only natural cleaning products. Access to the kitchen and in-home laundry is negotiable for a very clean homemate. There is a strict policy of no outside guests or overnight guests. The ideal homemate will be female-identifying, trustworthy, responsible, thoughtful, quiet, decent, and active outside the home. Sheets and towels are not provided. Storage space is available for a bicycle, and a parking can be acquired for a monthly fee.

Rent is $1000 plus approximately $200 utilities. The room is available now through December, but is not available for the week of Aug 19. This listing is offered through Home Match San Francisco.
