So far, only Dr. David Martin has been speaking out about this. Again, the folks behind it are identifiable, if enough people hear about it, hopefully it won't happen. The "scenario" includes killing 280,000 people on July 4th in Washington DC on 4th of July, to usher in a more comprehensive surveillance state. Pure military operation. Responding to the attack from an unidentifiable "terrorist group" would be the military, no health agencies required...
