I jumped up and down excitedly about this place to so many people
about this at the 1k party (woot!), I figured I'd just dump all the
info here.

Headed south on Bayway, past the 92 bridge and most of the feral cats,
that long flat section of the Bay Trail with the water on the left and
Beach Park Blvd on the right. Just past Swordfish st, several trails
cut left into the weeds and lead to a homegrown dirt jump park. If
you know the "FOSTER CITY" letters that show up on the satellite
photos, you're just south of those.

Phenomenal place to take a crossbike and just mess around on the berms
and tabletops and get used to handling in gravel. Watch out for some
of those jumps: if you fall and break both your legs, well, don't come
running to me.

That's hot. I will have to check it out after the current breakage heals.

I messed around on a BMX track when I was a kid, but never learned to
really time jumps. I took a CX bike to a BMX track once as an adult
and managed to do a couple jumps and not kill myself (blowing the
minds of some 10 year olds present).

Any hints on how to learn jumps?
