First of three rides next week to mark the BTWD route.  The plan is to split the marking task between Monday and Tuesday and then use Wednesday as a pre-ride to fill in any gaps.  Presumably, the rides will be slow-ish over the parts we're stickering and a business-like style 2 otherwise.

Since I've never actually done this before, I'd very much appreciate assistance from someone with experience.  I will have the stickers and a brush.

Also, if anyone wants some stickers either to mark parts of the route on their own or to mark a split, I'll bring extra stickers to Ritual (or we can arrange some other way to meet up).

NB: Planning to skip FCF Monday and Tuesday but ride it Wednesday.

+1 to Foster City.  If I can remember to bring them Monday morning, I wanted to use some shears to trim the weeds around the bollard before you enter coyote point, it's gotten quite a bit overgrown and could be an issue with lots of people funneling through.

It sounds like we should have a good-sized group, then.  Thanks!

The instruction sheet that came with the stickers (as well as Marion) mentions that a brush can be useful for clearing debris, so I figure I'll bring one.

+1 to goog and beyond.  would it be helpful to bring a small brush to clean the street a bit before stickering?

I'll be bringing one, but an extra wouldn't hurt.

Dan, we turned onto Mariner's Island instead of doing FCF. Don't wait for us.

Thanks!

Thanks, everyone, for coming out to sticker!  I think we did everything up through the HVD, plus Peter Chang stickered from the turn on to the Sun Sprint all the way to the bike path out of EPA (Dan and I put down blue stickers through EPA when we passed by later).  Special thanks also to Ryan for bringing shears to trim around the bollard on the path to Coyote Point and to Nathan and Dan for sweeping the gravel before the Bridge to Nowhere!

David and Nathan - thanks for waiting up, turning back and catching up to me after I reflexively started down the path of FCF.

Hey guys, I hope I didn't confuse things by joining the style 2 without letting you know beforehand. I had to get to work and made a quick decision to jump on and figured you guys would see me.
