Monday morning hill repeats 0610 Parnassus and Medical Center

It's probably going to be rainy and shitty out, but you don't get stronger by staying inside... so a repeat of last week's edition:

...except if the wind and rain are super-bad, we'll skip Warren-Christopher in favor of additional trip(s) up 10th Ave (because the Clarendon descent is sketch in crappy weather). The Medical Center climb is a warm-up. The rest, we go into the red.

the revised weather forecast im seing is there will be some over night showers but its only like 10% chance of rain after 5am.  its just going to be pretty windy.
