crop tool broken on Strava?

Is anyone else having trouble cropping strava rides?

My ride from today http://app.strava.com/rides/8802607 was working
fine until I cropped it; Now I just get spinners where the map &
graph should be.

I've already filed a ticket, I'm just curious if it's "just me".

That happened to me on a ride a few weeks ago. I thought I was just unlucky, so I deleted the ride and reloaded it and left it uncropped.

So "me too".

This happened to me on my BTWD ride last week. I cropped out the miles between my house and the start of the ride. I saw spinners for the remainder of the day and eventually gave up on it. No spinners any more, though. Maybe it's just something that takes a little while?

Yep, had issues as well. After hitting the crop button, it was "working" for 5+ minutes and I eventually just closed the window. When I tried to reopen the ride, it seemed corrupted. Deleted the ride, re-imported it from the Garmin, and it cropped fine second time around. Not exactly reproduceable.
