I'm looking for individuals aged 40-75 who might be willing to speak with me about health and wellness habits including: 1)how your habits have changed over the past 5 or so years and 2) and how you use technology (even if minimally) to support health and wellness. I’ll also be looking to get feedback about a concept my client is working on.

Do you fit this criteria:

1) Over the past 5 years you’ve been actively taking steps to impact your health, wellness or longevity.  This could include exercising more, eating healthier, and / or monitoring health indicators at home.

2) You use tools or devices to help in this endeavor:  You might be using an Apple Watch, Whoop, Garmin, Fit Bit or similar.  Or you might be monitoring vitals at home on a cadence.  You might have invested in an Oura Ring.  Or you may have downloaded a wellness or health related app that you regularly use.

I’ll be doing 60 minute interviews over Zoom (with a product designer) this week (November 17 - 21 and on Dec 1st).  Learning about your habits and motivations will help me give general feedback and direction to my client, a small start up and their industrial design team.

As a thank you, I can offer a $75 Amazon gift card and many thanks for offering user feedback that helps make new products more relevant.

Please reach out to Jill Murphy at ji...@mighty-studios.com if you might be interested.
