First practice of the season this Sunday!

Hi everyone,

Our first official practice of the season will be this Sunday January 11 at the Ruth Asawa School of the Arts! Sprinters and distance will be at 9:30 and Throwers at 10am. We are gearing up for a big season ahead, with the Valencia Gay Games in late June, and coached practices and local meets along the way to adequately prepare.
