PRIDE Meet 2024

[San Francisco Track and Field Club]

Good Morning All:

What a beautiful day Saturday was to run track and throw implements and have our PRIDE Meet 2024.

For all that participated...Thank You Thank You Thank You.  It was wonderful to see our Team well represented on the track and field.  Laney College was a brand new and such a beautiful track.  It made it easy where people started and where hurdles were placed and the shot ring markings.  

To the PRIDE Committee...  once again you all did a fantastic job coordinating before and putting all the many moving pieces together to a well orchestrated Track meet.  Many people came up to me and thanked the SFTFC for a job well done, they love coming to our meet and will, of course, be back next year.

Thanks to the many volunteers that came out and helped run the meet as without you, we wouldn't have a meet.  Hope you had fun, had sunscreen on unlike me and had a wonderful lunch.  

Remember anyone from 1st timers to track veterans can participate in our PRIDE Meet so let's mark our calendar for the 3rd weekend of June or June 21st tentatively so we have everyone from the San Francisco Track and Field team come on out and participate.

Did anyone watch the Track and Field Olympic Trials yesterday...So inspiring!!!
