Congrats to the boys who went to Davis and brought home silverware from Western regionals. Now it's time for the Seals to claim our prize.

For those who didn't go to Westerns be sure to get to a training this week to shake off the rust from the long break since our last game. The Mavs will come out hard to try and show the thrashing we put on them last time was a fluke. It wasn't, but we've got to prove it.

Game time is 11:30 in Concord. Give yourself lots of time for warmup and getting into a championship mindset.

Who's with me to claim the first championship in Seals history?

Get a nice gentle jog in as well early this week and stretch.

A lot of us are meeting @ Stanford IM South Fields (along El Camino Real) at 6:00pm on Thursday. Please make it if you can!

Up the fucking Seals, lets get out the and be super hungry this weekend fellas. It's gonna be HOT (At the moment the Google says 93) - So lots of Water Friday night and a decent amount Saturday morning!
