Friends and Family,

 

In July of this year I will announce my official campaign to be elected to the US House of Representatives in California’s 12^th District, which is essentially the city of San Francisco.

 

I’m sure you know that I don’t have any desire to be a politician.  I’m running because I’m terrified for the future of our nation and I think the only way to solve our problems is to put an end to the crippling corruption which defines our political elite and endangers our prosperity.

 

I’m running on small donations, maximum of $540 from any individual, group, union or corporation.  I won’t take Super Pac money and I won’t deal with lobbyists. 

 

It’s an uphill battle, but you know I’ve always liked a good fight.  And I believe this is one of the most important fights of our time.

 

We would love to have your support, but understand I’m not asking you to support me because of our relationship.  I’m asking you to support our campaign because we’re on the right side of this one.
