Non- Pollyanna Encouragement on our prospects

I'll send out on this Google Group tomorrow a note on the Meeting
Agenda for this Saturday, November 22 ( 2 PM.)

For now, I'd like to encourage all of us. Yes, we are in a very
intimidating economic climate, a truly historic financial crisis of a
unique kind. As much as I'd love to do so, I won't rant about all of
this being the result of greedy capitalists in unregulated financial
markets. This has already become the accepted, verified wisdom as we
hear it from informed analysts.

But now, before we can look back on the stupid corporate causes of
this crisis, we can try to get prepared to take advantage of the
opportunities in real estate. Perhaps with group assessment
we may realize that we are nearly ready when financing is again
available.

We have news to share on Saturday...about a few of these potential
opportunities.

Please remember that many people have joined this Google Group, but
not all of our members has done so. I will try to make "G.G.posting"
a bigger priority in sharing news of the LGBTQ Cohousing ; Thus far,
I did make it the first order of business to get the generic Meeting E-
mail out there for the 4 dozen or so persons on our list,
again...some of them are those beyond the Google Group members.

Watch for the Agenda points, if you did not get them yet. I hope to
