Automated domes for smart scopes

Pulsar Observatories are releasing automated domes for smart scopes in February or March 2026.

The open and closure of the dome is by an app.

I have been been expecting this to happen. The next level of integration will be to connect the dome app with a weather station, i.e. the dome will close automatically in case of approaching bad weather conditions.
