Thanks! Old Canon 6D full frame.

To stay on topic- my wife, while OBSERVING the image, found faces all over the place, but the Man In The Moon didn’t catch her eye. 😆

Nice shot Richard.  I was out at Baylands Park to see Sunset and Full Moon rise.  Stunned at the dramatic tide, full high at arrival then rapid drain off by moonrise an hour later, like a swift river.  Here's a shot of the "super moon" from there.

Your photo caused me to do some mental gymnastics to turn the image to agree with my telescope views.  Tycho and Aristarchus helped.  Still always stunned at the latter's incredible albedo.

My favorite times to see sunset/moonrise like this is full moon closest to equinoxes.

The most collimated SCT ever.

Outstanding!

Thanks, Ted . I bought the SCT recently, and have been enjoying observing the moon with it and an Orion bino-viewer. My first real telescope was a Meade 8” SCT. I moved on to dobs for the next 20+ years, but it’s been fun using an SCT again.
