Yes they did Rajah. Without the instructions on the dark sky site I'm not sure I would have figured it out. In any case, thank you for taking the time to submit comments. Fingers crossed they listen and stop this insanity.

I got an email that I did not know I would recieve with a link after registering to open but it naturally was past the 24 hr deadline.

The Reflect Orbital deadline isn't until Monday. The Space-X deadline has past, no idea if the system will accept comments after the deadline.

But yes, it seems the FCC goes out of their way to make submitting comments difficult.
