The Dragon return was quite an impressive sight around 12:30 from a dark location with a ginormous narrow tail, hugging close to the western horizon heading south. And it was easily visible earlier during twilight (around 6:00 PM) leading the ISS when they made a pass in the north.

It went almost overhead me in Carmel.  (My wife took a good video of it with her iPhone, but it seems that I cannot post that video to this forum..)  Several MINUTES after the passover, my wife and I heard and felt the sonic boom.
