naked-eye comet this month?

I heard that there's a comet which could become naked-eye visible this
month. If so, it seems odd that TAC would be silent about it. What
comet is it, if it exists?

It’s in the pre-dawn sky in the square of Pegasus. Use binos. It’s a Pannstars comet, I think.

It's the c/2025 r3 rises right before sunrise. It's quite bright, but with all the morning fog and low altitude it's hard for a lot of people.

At 5:30 AM tomorrow morning it will be only 10 degrees up in a fairly bright sky.  Latest magnitude estimate is about 4.5, but you’ll need binoculars. The long, thin tail may be an imager-only feature, so it’s not a great visual comet.
