Merging galaxies article

If anyone is looking for some interesting galaxies to attempt in April or May, I wrote a “Going Deep" article in the May issue of Sky & Telescope titled “Seeing Double: Try to resolve these close galactic pairs”. It includes 7 double systems (on their way to coalescence) with nuclear separations of 44” to only 3”.
