I found and bought what I believe is one of the earlier StellerVue refractor here in Tejas.

(Back story  - I was looking for a Glock 43X...).

Optics are very good, OTA has a little wear and the tripod is serviceable.

I'd love to put its history together...

Attached is photo, but I have more

.  Anyone have one of these?  (It literally spoke to me to bring it home).

Great find! Better than a Glock

Only Stacy would go shopping for a Glock and come back with a telescope.  Somehow that makes perfect sense.

Hey Stacy Jo. David Kirjassoff, who has a new Stellarvue, was going on about how friendly and useful those people are. Betcha you could write them and get chapter and verse.

Also, old friend, you are so not like the other children.

Vic Maris (founder and owner of Stellarvue) is a very approachable and all around great guy. By all means, call SV and you will most likely get Vic, if not ask for him. I'm sure he would be thrilled to hear about one of his older scopes still in use. Oh, and Vic is a retired park ranger....I'm sure he'd be happy to talk about Glocks as well.....

Oh, yes, the StellerVue team is amazing. This is my 2nd telescope by them.

I'm planning to reach out to Vic & team... just wanted my TACo tribe to know 1st!

BTW, the Glock is awesome, too! Going to the range this weekend

Congrats on the new to you Stellarvue!  Found this review on it and I’m sure Vic could tell you the history on this one.
