Wasn't extruding reliably at 220C, changed it to 230C and it worked
better. Maybe I have the wrong thermistor calibration table in the
extruder controller, but I wasn't able to build the extruder firmware.

Printed the handle for the Z-crank. It came out good. Then tried the
Z-crank itself. The main body of the Z-crank printed OK, but when it
started working on the shaft it seemed to be extruding too fast, as it
accumulated an ABS blob the extruder was just pushing around.

After that I tried a few more prints, but now I keep getting a clogged
extruder partway through the raft. Not sure what's causing that.
