美国大使馆现在接受国务院2014年春季小额赠款项目提案。这一竞争性项目向中国当地非政府组织提供高达20,000美金为期一年的资助。项目提案必须支持以下活动内容：促进多边参与; 经济问题; 公民参与 --人权/民主/良好的治理/法治;教育和文化/体育/美国社会。申请资格和项目大纲请参见附件申请表。
有兴趣的机构须填妥随附申请表，并于北京时间2014年3月12日17点以前发送至BeijingCul...@state.gov邮箱。提案必须以英文提交。

The U.S. Embassy Beijing’s Public Affairs Section is pleased to announce the FY2014 Spring Small Grants Program. This competitive program offers grants of up to $20,000.
Interested organizations should complete the attached application form. An Embassy officer must also provide a project justification (no more than one page) detailing the project justification, purpose of the project, and project sustainability. The project justification must include the name of the nominating officer and the date the nomination is submitted (contained on the final page of the attached application).
Mission staff or potential grantees should send proposals to BeijingCul...@state.gov using the attached application form by COB (5:00 p.m. Beijing Time) on March 12, 2014.
Please forward the attached application form to any organizations that might be interested in submitting a proposal. Organizations should direct their specific questions about proposals to BeijingCul...@state.gov or (010) 8531-3046.
