Accusation withdrawn but social workers are still after me

"I was accused of sexual abuse. The police investigated but found
nothing. The accusers suddenly withdrew their allegations and
apologized to me and my wife. However the Social workers continued to
drag us into court and my wife and I with a tiny baby were forced to
sit for hours on end waiting for the case to come up and then hear the
Social worker state to the court that they had no evidence. My wife
was receiving treatment for cancer at the time and my son aged 27 died
suddenly.On receiving details of files held on me by the Social
workers I was astounded to see in writing that I have a history of
alcohol abuse,a history of violent behavior and a history of serious
child sexual abuse. I do not have as much as a parking ticket to my
name and come from a non drinking family. Can anyone assist me in my
efforts to sue the Social Workers department?"
