Son with learning disabilities accused me of rape

"My son who has learning difficulties has made false allegations
against me of a sexual nature all whilst I visited him in the care
home. Untrue accusations. He knows what he is doing, and the
difference between right and wrong. He is 36. Can I take action
against him and/or the home for failing in their duty of care--they
should have been with us at all times to prevent this from happening.
It has put me through hell; the police are involved; I was subjected
to being taken in for."
