Rape allegations in divorce proceedings

"Up until December 12th 2006, I lived at home with my ex wife and 3
children. During the child care proceedings, my ex made a horrid
allegation that she found me abusing my youngest daughter. Even after
'finding me' she waited 3 months before reporting it, she nor social
services called the police and yet I suffer now as my ex chose not to
fight for my children in court and they are now up for
adoption.....please help, I'm suicidal"
