Accused of Rape by Co-worker

My brother is 28 years old never been in trouble moved to california
goes out gets drunk with a co worker they sleep together in the middle
of it she wanted to stop they did and 2 weeks later he get arrested
for rape all they have is word of mouth for her and her friends we
live 36 hours away and can not help him i know my brother he could
never do anything like this i am scared he will be railroaded because
he has no help what can i do?
