This is a program that support women to succeed who are interested
in IB, IT and ultimately all sorts of quantitative careers-- they
provide training and seminars to help women differentiate themselves
in interviews, internships, working sphere, etc. etc.. Maybe there're
people on the SSC mailing list who may benefit from this.

Dear Mt. Holyoke Club Leaders,

We reached out to you earlier this year and asked you to
share news about Athena Collaborative Group’s Internship
Programs for Women in Investment Banking and Information
Technology.

And you did! Thanks for that.

More than 200 amazing women applied for our programs.
We interviewed a bunch of them, and invited some to join us.
We wound up with a class of 45.

Last year, 93% of the women in our program scored internships
at top firms – and results are looking great so far this year too.

I’m getting lots of my favorite kind of calls and notes… the kind
where women tell me “I got the job!! (…at Morgan Stanley, Goldman
Sachs, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, etc…) Thanks, your training
made all the difference.”

We’re already starting to think about our next class–
and how to include more women this time – women
who are studying in places far from New York, women
who are freshmen, seniors, perhaps even in graduate school.

We’ve learned quite a bit in the last five years about what makes
a difference for women to succeed in competitive male-based
environments like Investment Banking, and we realized we need
to step it up in getting it out there.

So we’re cooking up something new. We promise it will be fabulous.

If you have some women in your club, your class, your network, etc.
that you think would be great for us to be in touch with – someone
you’d
like to help succeed in Investment Banking – please help us connect
with them.

We’d love to get their input in building something that will really
work for them.

We need their help! Of course, they will learn valuable things in the
course of our
dialogue too -- things that will set them apart from their
competition and support
them to launch powerfully into their careers.

Thanks so much for passing this along. The difference you’ll make is
hugely appreciated.

Best,
Christina
