W O W   !!!   It was FANTASTIC !!    Great venue,  loads and loads of
great food, and home made hard  cider.

A wonderful presentation by President Stephen of the HISTORY OF EV'S
FROM the human powered flight, which then went ELECTRIC, and which led a
lot of some GM engineers to try their hand at building and racing a
solar powered car cross Australia.  WOW They came in FIRST, but DAYS
ahead of the rest of the pack.

That led them to think about building electric cars,  especially with
California State thinking about tougher and tougher anti-smog
legislation...  which led to the IMPACT and then the GM -1

But then... GM bean counters got cold feet, and...well most all you know
what came after that. "Who Killed the Electric Car".  ( Thanks my friend
Chris Paine.. )

Wow..  what a show.

But I did not know that in this very 'Skunk Works' warehouse in
Seattle's in the  Lake City neighborhood THIS electric old ford was
converted, and then driven by President Biden;
