Dear leaders,

I would like to share latest updates on some big raffle prizes for our picnic as you can see from the following announcement. We are very fortunate to get more support from small and large business. PLEASE send out this version to your members at your earliest convenience (registration link is fixed!). By doing that we should further drive attendance of this event. We all know the importance of a large crowd, not only to sponsors, also to us organizers. Because we will need volunteers from each association to handle specific assignment (see attachment). By mid of next week I would like to check with each of you to get an idea on the number of volunteers. If it's necessary, please make some phone calls on that. Thank you very much for all you have done so far! We will have a great event if we continue working together as a team.
